


The Ivy is London’s favourite restaurant, a uniquely British institution known throughout the world, offering a large and unique brasserie-style menu. It is a much-loved by the pre and post theatre crowd, as well as attracting a devoted clientele from the arts and media and beyond
We are now looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join our very busy restaurant.
A Chef de Partie at The Ivy is responsible for the set up and management of their section through out service. You will work to produce the highest quality of dishes from scratch. The Chef de Partie will work closely with the team to develop the junior chefs as well as given the chance to develop yourself.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie role in a similar high standard restaurant. You must have formal training in creating dishes from fresh produce as well as being a key team player. Self management skills, a level head under pressure and the ability to work in a busy environment are essential.
