The Ivy is London’s favourite restaurant, a uniquely British institution known throughout the world, offering a large and unique brasserie-style menu. It is a much-loved by the pre and post theatre crowd, as well as attracting a devoted clientele from the arts and media and beyond.
We are now looking for a strong Chef de Rang to join our very busy restaurant.
A Chef de Rang at The Ivy is responsible for the set up and management of their section through out service. You will attend to your guests needs, take orders and deliver all food and drinks to the tables. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in a Chef de Rang role in a similar high standard restaurant.
You must have formal training in the order of service and be able to develop strong relationships with the regulars. You must have a strong passion and interest in food and wine and a high standard of personal grooming.
